The Christmas Day WOD
Duration: 30 minutes
Goal: Stay active while celebrating with loved ones.
This workout includes variations for:
• Solo runners for quiet reflection.
• Partners to share the journey.
• Families to make it a group celebration.
Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Get your body ready to move!
• Light jog or brisk walk
• High knees
• Arm circles
• Bodyweight squats
• Dynamic lunges
Main Workout (20 Minutes)
Complete 5 rounds of the following:
Solo:
• 2-minute run (moderate pace)
• 5 push-ups, 5 squats, 5 burpees
Partner:
• 2-minute run together (share a memory or laugh along the way)
• 5 push-up high-fives, 5 squats together, 5 burpee tags
Family:
• 2-minute group walk or run (explore lights or play music)
• Push-ups (adults) or superhero push-ups (kids), star jumps, and snow angels
Cool-Down (5 Minutes)
• Slow walk or jog
• Stretch hamstrings, quads, and arms
• Reflect on something you’re grateful for this Christmas
